Como?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.tuasaude.com\/media\/article\/ab\/dd\/mioma-na-gravidez_21948_l.jpg\" alt=\"Como o mioma pode afetar a gravidez\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>Geralmente, a mulher consegue engravidar mesmo tendo um mioma, e este n\u00e3o costuma\u00a0trazer riscos \u00e0 m\u00e3e\u00a0ou ao beb\u00ea. No entanto, quando a mulher engravida tendo um mioma, este pode causar sangramento, devido a altera\u00e7\u00f5es hormonais t\u00edpicas da gravidez, que podem causar o aumento do mioma.<\/p>\n<p>Os sintomas na gravidez surgem apenas quando h\u00e1 miomas\u00a0grandes, numerosos ou na parte interna do \u00fatero, e esta pode at\u00e9 se tornar uma gravidez de risco. O principal tratamento feito \u00e9 repouso e uso e medicamentos analg\u00e9sicos, como paracetamol e ibuprofeno.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Riscos do mioma na gravidez<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Geralmente, o mioma na gravidez n\u00e3o \u00e9 grave,\u00a0mas\u00a0podem surgir complica\u00e7\u00f5es na mulher que possui um\u00a0grande mioma, especialmente se estiver localizado na parte interna do \u00fatero, como \u00e9 o caso do mioma intramural. Os riscos podem ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dor e c\u00f3lica abdominal<\/strong>, que pode aparecer em qualquer per\u00edodo da gesta\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aborto<\/strong>, acontece no primeiro trimestre da gesta\u00e7\u00e3o, porque alguns miomas podem causar sangramentos intensos;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Descolamento da placenta<\/strong>, em casos de miomas que ocupam o local ou dificultam a\u00a0fixa\u00e7\u00e3o da placenta na parede do \u00fatero;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limita\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0do crescimento do beb\u00ea<\/strong>, por miomas muito grandes que ocupam ou empurram\u00a0o \u00fatero;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parto prematuro<\/strong>, pois o parto pode ser antecipado em miomas grandes, que causam sangramentos e c\u00f3licas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Os poucos casos em que estas situa\u00e7\u00f5es acontecem s\u00e3o mais delicados e devem muito bem acompanhados pelo obstetra, com consultas mais frequentes e com mais exames, como ultrassonografias.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Como \u00e9 feito o tratamento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nem sempre \u00e9 preciso tratar o mioma na gravidez, mas, em todo caso, est\u00e1 indicado\u00a0repouso e uso de medicamentos analg\u00e9sicos, como paracetamol\u00a0ou ibuprofeno, na mulher que apresenta\u00a0sintomas de dor e sangramento leve.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A cirurgia para a retirada do mioma pode ser indicada durante a gravidez, e pode ser feita pela barriga ou pela vagina. Geralmente ela \u00e9 indicada\u00a0em casos de miomas que causam dor e sangramento persistente ou que s\u00e3o grandes \u00e0 ponto de causar os riscos ao beb\u00ea ou \u00e0 mulher. Mas, mesmo nestes casos, a decis\u00e3o entre realizar a cirurgia deve ser feita quando o risco da cirurgia \u00e9 menor do que o risco do mioma permanecer dentro do \u00fatero.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Entenda melhor os\u00a0sinais e sintomas do mioma, e como podem ser tratados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Como fica o parto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como a maioria dos casos n\u00e3o h\u00e1 riscos\u00a0para a m\u00e3e ou ao beb\u00ea, o\u00a0parto pode ser normal, principalmente nas mulheres com miomas\u00a0pequenos\u00a0e com poucos sintomas. A ces\u00e1rea\u00a0pode ser indicada\u00a0pelo obstetra nos\u00a0casos de gestantes com miomas que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sangram<\/strong>\u00a0ou t\u00eam risco de sangramento, causando maior chance\u00a0de hemorragia no parto;<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00e3o muito dolorosos<\/strong>, causando dor e sofrimento \u00e0 mulher durante o parto;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ocupam muito espa\u00e7o do \u00fatero<\/strong>, dificultando a sa\u00edda do beb\u00ea;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Envolvem grande parte da parede do \u00fatero<\/strong>, dificultando ou alterando a sua contra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A escolha do tipo de parto pode ser discutida pessoalmente com o obstetra, levando em considera\u00e7\u00e3o o tamanho e localiza\u00e7\u00e3o do mioma, assim como o desejo da mulher em ter parto normal ou ces\u00e1rea.<\/p>\n<p>Uma vantagem de se realizar a ces\u00e1rea, \u00e9 a possibilidade de se retirar o mioma durante o parto, principalmente se eles
